1. Services Provided

Seabreeze Lock and Key offers a range of locksmith services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial lockouts

  • Lock installation and repair

  • Rekeying and key duplication

  • Automotive lockouts

  • Emergency locksmith services

Service availability may vary depending on time, location, and demand.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or our website (if applicable).

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for services are provided upfront or estimated based on the nature of the job.

  • Additional charges may apply for emergency services, travel, after-hours calls, or unforeseen complications.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include [Cash, Credit/Debit, Venmo, etc. – update as needed].

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide fast, efficient, and damage-free service, Seabreeze Lock and Key is not liable for:

  • Any existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles

  • Losses incurred from delays due to traffic, weather, or emergencies

  • Damages resulting from forced entry (only when necessary and approved by the customer)

Customers are responsible for ensuring legal ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle being serviced.

5. Warranties

  • We may offer limited warranties on parts and workmanship (typically 30–90 days, depending on the service).

  • Warranties do not cover issues caused by misuse, tampering, or attempted DIY repairs.

Please ask for warranty details specific to your service at the time of completion.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under reasonable circumstances, including suspected illegal activity, unsafe environments, or abusive behavior toward our technicians.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding associated with Seabreeze Lock and Key (including the website, if applicable) are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hancock County, Mississippi.
